“Fuel and Fire”

“I can’t keep my eyes of the tv.
Winds knock against my outer walls.
The images of misplaced rivers and staggering trees corrupt the relative stillness of yesterday.

We lost a few brothers and sisters of the clan of the East Coast today and many others will come back to corrupted homes.

A prayer is a good intention but I know, as I walk the streets of Jersey tomorrow, I feel that a road of work is waiting for us all to travel together.

Prayer is fuel; action is the fire”
